ProAccess will develop an advertising program, insertion order and other forms and procedures for your association or company. When a qualified prospect is identified by
your association/company, we will be requested to call and close the prospect by an association/company staff member. ProAccess will then manage the sales, order processing and development processes, collect the revenue and remit
the association/company portion to you on a monthly basis, based on the agreed upon percentage of funds collected.
A typical ad format is to offer a Target Banner which links to another 1-3 pages of content that completes the advertiser’s message. ProAccess develops all the
graphics and edits advertiser-supplied text. Upon launch, the banner (mini-site) is announced to all the major search engines and directories. Additional ad formats can be developed as well.
Your association/company will determine who and what kind of advertising will be acceptable for inclusion on its Website.
Advertising is a great way for an association/company to derive additional non-dues revenue. It also provides a vehicle for suppliers to get their message out to members
and the public on new products and services.
