Member Training Program
ProAccess has entered into a strategic partnership with New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Inc. of Santa Ana, California. New
Horizons is considered the world’s largest training company. Under this arrangement, New Horizons has established a central ProAccess registration desk for any of its hundreds of training centers located throughout the United
States and around the world. Classes for the major application software products sold for PC and Mac platforms are taught at every center. These include a variety of Internet classes.
Individual classes are offered to associations and their members at discounted rates from standard local New Horizons pricing. Included at this price, each student receives free 24 hour, 7 day telephone support for sixty days after
the class and free re-take privileges for six months from the class date. In addition, on-site classes and customized “Association Conference Tracks,” delivered at conferences and conventions, have been developed
exclusively for ProAccess clients and are available throughout the United States. New Horizons is equipped at each location to provide instructors, equipment, software, manuals and facilities.
Association Conference Training Classes
A custom Conference Training Track Program is also available for your conferences and trade shows. Under this Program we develop Association specific
training material and course content and even provide the computers. Over 700 course titles are available to choose from and classes can be conducted with local New Horizons training experts in major cities across the United States and
throughout the world.
As a participant in the ProAccess Association Partnership Program, your Association members, your staff and their immediate families can choose from over 700 Windows, Macintosh and Unix classes which are
offered at over 170 New Horizons locations across the United States and throughout the world. Prices for these classes include free retake privileges for six months and 24 hour per day, 7 day per week free telephone hot line support for
sixty days from the date of the class.
